What to Expect In this position, you will spearhead efforts to streamline document processing at Tesla, focusing on reducing cases tied to tracking compliance of executed documents. You will leverage AI to identify, validate, and monitor document progress, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Your role within the product team will involve expanding e-sign agreements and optimizing on-time printing to minimize compliance and rework risks. Your contributions will directly support Tesla's mission by enhancing operational accuracy and reducing administrative delays. Your success will be measured by your impact on compliance and process efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Design AI solutions to identify and validate document processing stages
• Track compliance progress for executed documents using technology
• Implement on-time printing processes to reduce reprint risks
• Expand e-sign agreements for internal and policy-related documents
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure compliance
• Develop metrics to monitor document processing efficiency

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience in product management with a focus on document workflows
• Knowledge of AI tools for document identification and validation
• Strong project management skills to oversee compliance initiatives
• Ability to work with legal and operational stakeholders
• Familiarity with e-sign technology and printing logistics

Expected Compensation $128,000 - $228,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
