The Sales Associate role involves implementing our company's merchandising standards to drive sales and meet the expectations of retailers and clients. You will work under the guidance of the Market Sales Manager, with detailed communication and follow-up with the Territory Sales Lead.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Building strong relationships through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educating customers and store personnel on our client's product features and benefits.
• Accurately executing tasks, projects, resets, and displays per provided instructions.
• Maintaining high-quality work to surpass client expectations.
• Conducting merchandising and executing assigned projects with attention to detail.
• Staying informed about all company policies and communicating effectively with the Territory Sales Lead about your progress and any opportunities.
• Utilizing handheld devices accurately and responsibly.
• Ensuring confidentiality for the company, clients, and retailers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Physical capability to perform tasks while sitting, standing, walking, or climbing.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overnights.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and automotive liability insurance necessary for potential travel.
• Access to a computer, internet, and email is required.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay at $22.50 per hour.
