We're hiring for a leading company in the photonics and semiconductor space, working on next-generation optoelectronic products that power communication, imaging, and sensing applications worldwide.

As an Optoelectronics Packaging Design Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing advanced packaging solutions that enhance device performance, reliability, and scalability.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop packaging solutions for optoelectronic devices and modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, thermal, mechanical) to ensure robust, high-performance packaging designs.
• Conduct simulations and modeling for thermal, mechanical, and optical integrity.
• Oversee material selection, prototyping, and testing for packaging solutions.
• Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to scale from concept to production.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with optoelectronics / photonics packaging design.
• Strong knowledge of thermal management, materials science, and reliability testing.
• Proficiency in simulation and design tools (ANSYS, COMSOL, Zemax, or similar).
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
