Job DescriptionOur LinkedIn Employee Communications team exists to connect and engage employees with the right information, at the right time, so they are productive and empowered to help LinkedIn succeed. This role specifically supports our LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) business: a multi-million-dollar business for LinkedIn that more than 700,000+ companies in 230 countries leverage. Our hiring products help companies match open roles with qualified candidates and improve the hiring process while our learning product allows consumers to learn and add new skills to their profiles. Our talent products work together so customers can easily hire the right people, help their teams build skills, and improve their employee experience.
As a Senior Manager on the LTS Employee Communications team, you'll have the opportunity to create a more standardized and scalable process for the development of content for our LTS employee communications channels – including the hub (intranet), newsletter, Teams channels and more, reaching 2,500+ sales employees and cross-functional partners. The Senior Manager also plays an important role in guiding and providing counsel for our regional leaders with quarterly or biannual all-hands meetings and organizational announcements, such as key product launches and program or team updates, in partnership with their local teams.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $148,000 to $233,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
