Job DescriptionVisa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful, and financial results for Visa's network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational, and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves strategic problems for our clients.
The NA Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting and solution services for Visa's issuers in the United States. We apply deep expertise in the banking, payments, and analytics industry to assist clients with their key business priorities, drive growth, and improve profitability. The VCA team offers a comprehensive range of consulting services to address challenges in areas such as profitability, strategic growth, customer experience, digital payments, and risk management.
The VCA team is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Regional segment and develop high-impact projects for Visa's clients in North America. The candidate will be responsible for selling consulting engagements, delivering, and implementing projects with US Financial Institutions / Issuing Banks. The role involves developing initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, ensuring Visa remains the preferred brand and a strategic business partner.
Key focus areas include developing strategies for clients, such as market penetration, profitability analysis, segmentation, growth, product development, program launch, customer acquisition, lifecycle optimization, retention, and enhancements.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering strategic leadership, diagnostics, and high-impact solutions. Building enduring relationships with clients and internal teams is essential. Candidates should have experience in sales, payments space, and managing multiple projects. Reporting to a Director within VCA, this hybrid role involves some office presence.
