Job Details

As a Senior Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in creating high performing CHO cell lines that express therapeutic antibodies, bispecific antibodies, and complex biologics, driving forward Genentechs clinical and commercial manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will:Operate and optimize automated single-cell dispensing, imaging, high-throughput analytics, and liquid handling systems to support cell line development programs. Provide strategic input on scientific direction and guide the implementation of emerging technologies and workflows in CLD. Enhance data infrastructure to optimize storage, data integrity and accessibility in CLD, ensuring seamless integration with CCBO and Genentech's digitalization platforms. Evaluate new and evolving AI/ ML technologies to streamline CLD and process development workflows, enhance decision making, and shorten timelines.
