We're looking for a highly organized, creative, and people-focused Workplace Experience Manager to make our San Francisco office an inspiring, energizing, and seamless place to work. You'll own the day-to-day workplace experience — from keeping the office humming to designing memorable events — and be the first point of contact for basic in-person IT support (like helping someone connect to Wi-Fi, setting up monitors, or troubleshooting a conference room AV issue).
This role blends hospitality, operations, and event planning — perfect for someone who loves to create delightful experiences and thrives on making spaces and moments that connect people.
This is an onsite role, averaging 20 hours per week, with flexibility on the exact daily schedule. Some events may require occasional evening or weekend hours (with advance notice).

This Base Compensation pay range applies to our New York City located staff and may differ according to location.
