Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising, spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.

Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select other,s bringing the total funding to $22 million.

The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in <300 ms on any smartphone—no app download required. The same infra already powers advertising for Google, Samsung, Emirates and hundreds of global enterprises & agency powerhouses.

Product Roadmap

Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.

Geography

Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.

Partnerships

Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.

Job Brief

As Head of GTM Strategy, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing Flam's go-to-market approach across segments, verticals, and channels. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our offerings are positioned, launched, and scaled effectively in the market.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the founders, with ownership of both strategy and hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own the GTM strategy for new product launches, verticals, and geographies.
  • Build and manage the execution playbooks: ICPs, messaging, packaging, pricing, positioning.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to define and refine launch and growth motions.
  • Lead sales enablement efforts including battle cards, pitch decks, and objection handling guides.
  • Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitor research to inform strategy.
  • Identify and launch experiments to improve funnel metrics, activation, and conversion.
  • Align cross-functional teams on GTM goals and drive operational cadences for execution.
  • Track and report on GTM performance KPIs (CAC, LTV, win rates, funnel health, etc.)
  • Build a lean GTM ops/strategy team over time.

What We're Looking For

  • Have 8+ years of experience across strategy, GTM, or growth in high-growth startups or product companies.
  • Have worked closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in launching and scaling products.
  • Are structured, analytical, and data-driven, with strong business judgment.
  • Can operate in ambiguity and move fast without waiting for perfect inputs.
  • Are comfortable going from 10,000 feet to the ground, from strategic planning to execution detail.
  • (Bonus) Have experience in adtech, martech, SaaS, or deep-tech ecosystems.
