POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Talent, the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition will play a key role in furthering Structure's growth and success. This individual will champion Structure's culture, steer impact hires across the organization, inspire the TA team, drive the employer brand, and manage key TA systems and tools. Whether coaching clients on TA strategies, navigating and resolving supply and demand issues, or creating and implementing unique programs to set Structure apart, this individual will demonstrate an uncanny ability to prioritize and attract exceptional talent. Furthermore, this leader will clearly understand every aspect of Structure's business and serve as a thought leader on required skillsets and strategies to acquire specific, in-demand talent. In keeping with Structure's culture, the Head of TA will also have an opportunity to be hands-on, working side-by-side with the team to execute on a variety of critical recruiting initiatives and related projects.

The target salary range for this full-time role is $235,000 - $297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Structure Therapeutics determines salary ranges based on level and scope of responsibilities, as well as location. Individual pay is further determined by additional factors, including relevant experience, specific job skills, education and training.
