The Opportunity: Be Part of Our Growth Team

Our Growth Team is central to Airwallex's mission, focusing on user acquisition and strategic market expansion. We leverage data and innovative technologies to create seamless, intuitive experiences that help millions of users discover, engage with, and benefit from our products.

Our team works on optimizing new-user funnels, onboarding processes, designing scalable architectures for high-traffic pages, building robust A/B testing frameworks, and integrating global marketing platforms. We are committed to experimentation, rapid iteration, and driving sustainable business impact. Joining this team means playing a key role in our product lifecycle and supporting our global expansion.

This role is available in Singapore and San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of engineers, set goals, and support their professional development through feedback and development plans.
2. Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze product requirements and develop technical solutions and execution plans.
3. Design, implement, and deliver software functionalities hands-on.
4. Analyze and validate technical designs of software functions from the team.
5. Review code from team members to ensure quality standards.
6. Work with Product Managers to build and maintain a backlog that contributes to the product roadmap.
7. Participate in hiring, training, and developing engineers within the team.
8. Coordinate collaboration between your team and other teams, including local and global engineering, infrastructure, and product management teams.
