Assistant Director for Student Engagement & Experience
Job Summary:The Assistant Director for Student Engagement & Experience plays a central role in cultivating a vibrant, connected, and supportive undergraduate community within the School of Management. Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Operations and Student Engagement, this position leads co-curricular programming, digital engagement, student communications, and student relationship building. The role also supports indirect assessment for assurance of learning and contributes to the school's data and engagement infrastructure to promote student belonging, retention, and success.
This role is ideal for a tech-forward student affairs professional with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-impact student experiences. Familiarity with digital tools is highly desirable. Training and support will be provided to ensure the successful integration of emerging technologies in student engagement.
