UCSF Benioff Childrens Hospital seeks a dynamic Unit Director for our Pediatric Cardiac Transitional Care Unit (CTCU) and Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PCICU). This role oversees all nursing and administrative operations for these specialized inpatient units, ensuring the highest standards of care for young patients. The Unit Director is accountable for the overall administrative planning and coordination of staffing, fiscal, and material resources. In collaboration with the Director of Pediatric Critical Care Services, the Unit Director will develop and implement processes to ensure quality patient care practices.
