About the Role
At Canary Technologies, we're redefining how hotels and guests connect — and AI is at the heart of that transformation. Our mission is to power every guest–hotel interaction with intelligent, personalized communication that feels natural, intuitive, and seamless.
As a Senior Product Manager on the AI Guest Communications team, you'll lead the development of innovative, AI-powered guest experiences across a variety of channels. You might be scaling a core product to new global markets or launching new AI-powered communication touchpoints — wherever you focus, your work will directly shape the future of how hotels engage with their guests.
We're looking for an entrepreneurial product leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to drive clarity from ambiguity, and brings strong product judgment, technical curiosity, and storytelling skills. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact solutions that improve hotel operations and elevate the guest experience.
