Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager with a strong background in self-performing concrete work to lead commercial and infrastructure projects in Alameda County and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to field execution and close-out—while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee all phases of concrete construction, including structural, flatwork, foundations, and site concrete
• Lead self-performing crews and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and project specifications
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, field teams, engineers, and inspectors
• Secure permits and facilitate inspections and regulatory approvals as needed
• Conduct job site walks, quality control checks, and field coordination meetings
• Monitor project performance and produce progress reports, change orders, and financial updates

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of self-performing concrete project management experience(required)
• Proven ability to manage multiple concrete construction projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of concrete construction techniques, materials, and job sequencing
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)
• Familiarity with municipal permitting and inspection processes
