About The Role
As the Engineering Manager for the Program Foundations team, you will support 1 team of engineers (~8-10 software engineers and 2 quality engineers). Your fullstack team is responsible for building foundational components that enable members (users) to receive comprehensive care in one cohesive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of psychological safety and professional growth.
• Drive technical vision and architecture for foundational member experience components.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to prioritize and deliver on a clear roadmap.
• Lead process improvements in agile and DevOps workflows, utilizing data for continuous improvement.
• Contribute approximately 15% of your time to coding, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SaaS and large-scale systems.
• 2+ years managing teams of 4 or more engineers.
• Experience mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and project planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React Native, Nestjs, Kafka, and healthcare compliance environments.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $200,000 - $300,000, plus equity and benefits. Compensation varies based on experience and location.
