Cloud Engineer

Location: San Francisco, CA (local only - in-person interview)

Objective: Deploying large-scale SIL & ML experiments on AWS presents a challenging and rewarding problem.

Description:

1. Work within the Customer Incubation Team's software framework.
2. Generate autonomy requirements and design experiments.
3. Build software systems to deploy and manage experiments.
4. Launch SIL & ML/AI experiments to aid engineering decisions.
5. Develop and build reusable ML pipelines for testing various ML techniques and strategies.
6. Develop AWS experiment deployment strategies and build software solutions for deployment and management.
7. Hands-on experience with CARLA, an open-source simulator for autonomous driving research.
8. Build a knowledge base of experiment results, presented via dashboards.
9. Collaborate with the Data Pipeline, Perception, and Planning Teams to resolve requirements.

Requirements: Cloud development background and architecture experience.
