Schedule: Monday Friday: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m.

Compensation: $187,200 $208,000 per year, based on experience

Position Summary

This position oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of all pharmacy services across a clinical facility. The Director ensures compliance, directs staff operations, manages pharmacy systems, and fosters collaboration to support patient-focused care. Budget oversight and regulatory alignment are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in all pharmacy-related functions
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
• Guide pharmacy team development and workflow efficiency
• Manage purchasing, storage, and medication distribution processes
• Act as liaison with healthcare providers regarding drug therapy and formulary
• Maintain accurate patient medication records and consult as needed
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
• Track reimbursement practices and adjust operations accordingly
