Receives pre-determined work assignments subject to a moderate level of control and review. Directs subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Works on issues of moderate scope. Requires full working knowledge of functional responsibilities. The Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical support and direction for after hour building trade activities which include the following functions: planning and supervising activities for preventive maintenance; coordinating emergency repair services; planning and implementation of minor facilities alterations; supervising/leading after hour hot work such as welding, sprinkler system fitting/testing, HVAC, electrical and plumbing system alterations where fire and shut down hot work permits are required.
