About the Role
We are launching a new Enterprise Sales initiative and we are hiring Sales Directors to build and lead teams of Enterprise sellers focussed on the North and South Americas.
Based in the Bay Area this is a hybrid role where you will take your experience and sales success across Enterprise accounts to a new level.
Your remit will be to hire, lead and direct a team of Account Executives purely focussed on selling our DevOps/DevSecOps and Data Management solutions to Fortune 100, Large Enterprise and MNC's operating within the United States, Canada and South Americas.
This is a critical leadership role with ownership of the Americas Enterprise quota and a major opportunity to drive growth. You'll develop the go-to-market strategy, build the team, and work closely with cross-functional leaders to expand our footprint across the region. If you're an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and has experience building new markets, this is a rare opportunity to have a transformational impact.
