My client is a well established, and national firm that is looking to hire a personal injury attorney that has 5 plus years of plaintiff's experience for their SF or Oakland offices.

Trial experience is required and candidates must have their Oakland license. Bi-lingual is a plus.

This position requires the following qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of plaintiff's experience
• Trial experience is required and candidates must have their Oakland license.
• Must have experience in the Personal Injury field (preparing lawsuits, responding to and conducting all aspects of discovery, preparing for, and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.)
• California State Bar license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service minded.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage caseload.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Requires a high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and meet deadlines.
• Spanish/English bilingual a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between 130-175k
