About the Role

An experienced DevOps Engineer is sought to join a fast-paced product team working on a large-scale infrastructure platform (IMSIP). This is a hands-on, senior-level role focused on supporting, scaling, and automating cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to maintain high system reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize infrastructure in a cloud-native environment

• Automate CI/CD processes using GitLab CI and related tools

• Configure and manage deployment workflows with ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform

• Set up and maintain monitoring/logging systems (e.g.,Sentry, Grafana)

• Manage Kubernetes clusters and ensure system stability and performance

• Monitor environments, troubleshoot incidents, and respond to operational issues

• Work closely with development teams to improve integration and deployment strategies

• Participate in planning and organizing DevOps team workflows

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps role with AWS
  Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Helm
  Proficiency with:Terraform,ArgoCD,GitLab CI/CD,Sentry, Vault, and infrastructure monitoring tools

• Solid networking knowledge

• Language: Russian (B2+) and English (B2+)

• Readiness to use time-tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with service mesh systems, preferably Istio
DevOps certifications (e.g. AWS)
Leadership experience (even in a small team)
Familiarity with Grafana stack and PostgreSQL
