Truetax, Enterprise AI for Gov Tax Administrators, is seeking a Data Operations Lead who will support the execution of the company's mission - to drive efficiencies of tax systems. You will work alongside the co-founders (multiple venture backed exits; Oxford/Harvard grads) to set up and manage a distributed team of para-legal writers, support teams and data analysts. We need a self-starter who is curious, self-motivated, relentless in self improvement and who can motivate all those around them. They need to be willing to get into the weeds to deeply understand GenAI system processes and train the team. They need to have a deep commitment to our mission and be ready to move fast

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard and train team (remote + local)
• Manage performance of team members and ensure high quality
• Respond to and digest customer feedback, ensuring resulting improvements
• Create and maintain training materials to ensure high team performance
• Be hands on with GenAI data operations
• Meet, manage and communicate tight deadlines

Requirements

• Deep commitment to the mission of Truetax – we are a mission-driven startup solving a systemic failure
• 2+ years of experience managing people
• Has hired, onboarded, trained and managed remote teams
• Sufficient technical understanding on a modern, evolving GenAI system
• Structured thinker with an analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and execution skills
• Preferred: Experience working with customers in a support, success, para-legal or product role
• Preferred: Experience in the legal and/or tax space
