This is an overnight role typically scheduled from 11:00PM to 7:00AM. Schedule is subject to change due to business needs.

The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants and hotel is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. Were looking for a Night Porter to help our team make every experience memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our public areas as well as our heart-of-the-house.

Every day is different, but youll mostly be:

1. Cleaning and sterilizing floors, restrooms, elevators, countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks, and cooking equipment. This includes both indoor and outdoor spaces.
2. Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators.
3. Receiving and organizing various department deliveries.
4. Removing waste.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Night Porter.
• Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team.

What you can expect from us:

The hourly pay range for this role is $25.83 to $34.44.
