Job Description - Member Services Associate

Who We Are:

SHACK15 is a social Club in the heart of San Francisco, dedicated to serving the next generation of entrepreneurs, innovators and changemakers. At SHACK15, we aim to be the landing pad for individuals coming from around the world to access Silicon Valley and all that it has to offer.

The Venue:

SHACK15 occupies 51,000sq ft on the third floor of the iconic Ferry Building with undisrupted views of the SF bay and Bay Bridge. We currently have a cosy, members-only lounge space, a delicious caf, bar and restaurant run in partnership with award winning chefs from the Nordics, and also a dedicated workspace with amenities like meeting rooms, fixed desks and phone booths. By day, our members lounge is a place for professional collaboration and by night, a fantastic space to have a drink, attend events, mingle, bring friends and network with other entrepreneurs, founders and creatives.

The Role:

Are you vibrant, outgoing, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? SHACK15 is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the face of our brand during evenings.

In this role, youll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, setting the tone for their experience at SHACK15. Were seeking someone who thrives on engaging with people, loves a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering top-notch service with energy and style.

Key Responsibilities :

• Be the welcoming face at our reception desk, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP.
• Manage member and guest check-ins with a seamless, friendly touch.
• Take charge of event guest lists and collaborate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly
• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and fulfill member requests with efficiency and enthusiasm.
• Coordinate deliveries, organize mail, and manage other day-to-day desk operations.
• Create a smooth and seamless entry experience, especially during evening events.

• Flexibility with working hours and evening shift
• Someone with a natural ability to connect with people and make them feel at home

• Previous Guest Services, Members' Services, Concierge or event coordinator experience is a plus
