Job Title: Project Manager

Location: San Mateo, CA, United States (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ months Contract (Possible extension)

Scope of Work:

• Project Manager will manage a cross-functional project team. Develop and maintain a project plan, ensuring that project milestones and tasks are completed on budget and schedule. Manage the risks and issues log.
• Project Manager will organise the teams to comply with CalAIM initiative that will impact SMC's clinical systems (i.e. Epic).

Requirements:

• The Project Manager must be located in California, with a strong preference for candidates in the Bay Area. The selected individual must also pass a background check and obtain clearance for access to the jail facility.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector environments
• Experience with the CalAIM initiative.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Epic systems (certification not required)..
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in roles involving requirements gathering and workflow documentation.

Education & Experience:

• 5-7 years of Project Management experience.
• Bachelor Degree or Experience.
