Senior Life Solutions is a specialized outpatient program focused on improving the emotional and mental well-being of older adults dealing with issues like depression, anxiety, grief, and the stresses of aging. Our evidence-based approach combines compassion, structure, and support to help seniors regain stability and quality of life.

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to join our team on a PRN basis for the State of California. In this role, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver group and individual therapy, complete assessments, and contribute to care planning for older adults in a supportive, outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate therapeutic group sessions tailored to older adults
  • Conduct individual and family therapy as needed
  • Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other team members
  • Support outreach and education initiatives in the community

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
  • Experience working with older adults preferred
  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with support from a collaborative team
  • Flexible availability for PRN scheduling


Salary Description

up to $50 anhour
