What to Expect
This person will lead service training and procedure development for all BOP equipment [HV & MV]. This includes working with the Design and EHS teams to identify high-frequency pain points, creating service procedures to address them, and ultimately developing and deploying multi-layered training for both internal and external customers.
They will also provide direct support to Field Service Technicians for complex troubleshooting, shutdowns, startups, dead checks, and remote diagnostics at the system level. Additionally, they will be available for on-site support as needed for major evolutions or emergency response.
