ReSync Bio is building the all-in-one platform for managing preclinical drug discovery. We're hiring a Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining UX/UI of our web-based applications, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user interface components using React.js and related technologies
• Help design wireframes and mockups
• Turn those designs into into responsive, interactive features
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement state management solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to our frontend development standards

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles
• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in biotech/life sciences field preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
