The Role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help us build the next-gen AI-powered platform for revenue optimization. You'll work across the stack, from building our core deal pricing product to helping customers optimize their revenue strategies using data-driven insights. We're a small team, so there will be plenty of opportunities to fully own high-impact products.
What are the kind of things you'll do

• Build the highly customizable Agent platform to power the Sales Intelligence Layer at Dealops.
• Innovate and identify opportunities to integrate the Agent platform horizontally and vertically with existing Dealops pricing platform.
• Translate time consuming sales processes into Agentic workflows and build systems to track, A/B test and measure their performance.
• Be in close touch with our customers, understanding their pain points and building simple but powerful solutions. You will own vertical and horizontal product/infra categories end to end.
• Spearhead infrastructure and tooling for admin users, enabling customization through natural language and LLMs (cutting customer onboarding time by 10x).
• Contribute to the future product roadmap and vision, laying the groundwork for sales optimization solutions beyond pricing.
• Own an entire product or product feature suite, from design to implementation, and continue to innovate.

What excites us:

5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus in building AI/Agentic systems.

• Proficiency in building Agentic Systems with offline/online evaluation guardrails.
• Proficiency in building RAG pipelines and just in time information retrieval for AI Agents.
• Experience in building with AI models especially to balance cost, latency, intelligence with an eye to optimize various model strengths.
• Proven ability to build and launch scalable, reliable AI products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with complex systems and high-impact features, ideally in a fast-moving environment.
