About the Role
As a Senior UX Manager on the Core Ecommerce team, you will lead a team to articulate the strategy and design for key parts of the Walmart.com and mobile app shopping experiences, focused on building and mentoring your team and workflow for high impact results. You will use your deep understanding of consumer app patterns and retail experiences to transform how our customers complete their shopping missions in our app and on our site. You'll be accountable for the craft and timely delivery of your team's work, and you'll own and present a strong design POV within your partner set to shape market-leading solutions via the product roadmap.

$143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually, plus performance bonuses and stock options.
Option 1: Bachelor's in UI/UX design, graphic design, or related, with 5 years' experience. Option 2: 7 years' experience in relevant fields, with 2 years' supervisory experience.
Design certification, product development experience, master's degrees, industry experience, and knowledge of accessibility standards are valued.
