Responsibilities

Define architectural approaches and provide oversight and guidance

Help to manage the architectural and Engineering priorities

Initiate and promote new ideas for continuous improvement of the product functionality

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

Continuously research and recommend new technologies and best practices to improve the software development process.

Requirements

Experience in managing and/or contributing to Open Source projects

Deep knowledge of programming languages, particularly Go, Java, and Typescript

Deep understanding of concurrent programming, relational and no-SQL databases, and performance optimization

Micro-services architecture and experience in Enterprise development workflows

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership
