Leveraging AI and predictive algorithms, Inkitt discovers unknown stories and turns them into blockbuster hits, producing a new $1M ebook every 4 weeks and selling directly to consumers through its Galatea app. Inkitt has become the 11th most bestseller-generating publisher in the world, boasting a 40x higher hit-rate than traditional publishers. Recently raising a Series C and backed by top VCs such as Khosla, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA Ventures, our recent expansion into GalateaTV marks only the beginning of our journey to becoming a next-gen entertainment powerhouse.

What You'll Do:

• Build and scale cutting-edge marketing tech systems that empower our teams to move fast and grow faster
• Partner with growth, sales, and product teams to develop innovative solutions for campaign tracking, personalization, and automation
• Own our data flow and integration ecosystem, ensuring it's seamless, accurate, and lightning-quick
• Identify gaps, solve problems, and continuously optimize systems to ensure peak performance
• Experiment relentlessly, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to supercharge ROI
• Utilize tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, Segment, Braze, Typescript, Iterable, and others
• Familiarity with Facebook Marketing API

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of full-stack experience
• Proven ability to build and scale marketing tech systems
• Collaborative mindset to partner with growth, sales, and product teams
• Strong data ownership and ecosystem management skills
• Problem-solving and system optimization capabilities
• Experience with experimentation and data analysis to drive ROI
• Location: 3x onsite in San Francisco, CA

Salary range: $110,000 - $320,000 per year
