AECOM has a position available for a High Voltage Transmission Electrical Engineer with a specialization in HVDC electrical power systems. The focus of your experience must be in the power industry and be associated with electrical engineering with respect to the design of HVDC terrestrial / submarine cable systems and converter stations. The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:Engineering support for HVDC terrestrial and submarine cable systems and converter stations. Supporting HVDC cable routing and converter station feasibility studies. Providing technical support input during the project permitting phase. Preparation of conceptual level engineering documents. Working with Project Engineer and Project Manager on developing design schedules and budgets for electrical engineering work activities.
