A Scientist 3 position is available in the diversity display lab at Department of Biological Chemistry to work on the development of agonists and antagonists with therapeutic relevance using phage display, yeast display or other display technologies. Activities will include library construction, screening and maintenance of the libraries, protein expression and purification, peptide synthesis/bioproduction and purification, protein structure/function studies and biophysical/biochemical assay development. You will develop, optimize and troubleshoot new procedures. Who You Are. PhD or equivalent employment experience in biochemistry, chemistry, biophysics, molecular biology or related field. 0-3 years of research experience in an academic or industry laboratory setting, including wet lab experimentation.
