The Director of Marketing, Studio Leader is a significant leader in the business unit and contributes to its overall success. This role is responsible for framing and driving the business direction and growth plan, including defining growth priorities, leveraging consumer insights, setting demand spending and communications strategies, shaping category visions, channel participation strategies, and key retailer growth strategies, and driving an innovation and growth pipeline by championing white space opportunities, leading discoveries with consumer-forward big ideas, and holding accountability with cross-functional partners all the way through execution and success in the market.
