Lead and manage a team of Digital Operators and PMs to achieve ATHLETA Digital's strategic priorities
Lead the progress and deliver on transformation objectives by partnering with our Central Technology Organization to define digital capabilities, business case, KPIs and roadmap prioritization to deliver the next generation consumer experience
Work closely with business and technology leaders and stakeholders to drive strategic alignment to deliver against business goals
Focus on driving effort/impact prioritization, deliver consistent and flawless execution through out of the box problem solving, user testing, fluency in capabilities development and technology enablement
Assess and manage internal and competitive digital capabilities landscape, maturity and emerging technologies
Create reporting framework that effectively captures program performance and produces actionable run-of-business channel optimizations
Analyze, distribute and present reporting to leadership while being able to clearly and concisely communicate program and channel performance and progress against goals in a cross-functional setting
Lead the E2E operations of the Mobile App business to accelerate growth with our high value members by partnering across the enterprise to drive downloads and MAU
Build financial models to forecast and manage investment allocations to meet revenue and profitability goals
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Loyalty, CRM, sales operations, demand planning, finance, brand, and marketing to align on key initiatives, launches, and promotional strategies to drive optimal experience and growth
Partner with CRM to leverage customer insights and segmentation, optimizing mobile-focused strategies based on data-driven learnings to increase Omni-consumers and omni-capabilities at scale
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand campaigns advantaged in App, driving downloads, increasing session frequency, conversion, and brand awareness
Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new initiatives, processes, and cultural shifts within the digital, loyalty, technology, creative and marketing teams
Build and partner with Retail teams to integrate new features and functionality to drive our download strategy
Explore third party marketplace expansion and new points of distribution to drive growth
Develop Performance Marketing plan in partnership with Marketing Services team to shape download strategy, investments, and manage CAC:LTV outcomes
Assess and manage internal and competitive digital capabilities landscape, maturity and emerging technologies
Conduct strategic annual and quarterly planning and business review
Bachelor's Degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, or training
10+ years experience leading digital capabilities management or product management with focus on data, product development and business operations
5+ years experience leading successful complex digital transformation programs involving cross-functional teams, including digital product, process, project/program management, transition management, design, engineering, digital marketing, etc
Demonstrated track record of delivering business results in dynamic and fast-faced environments
Learn-it-all and obsessive about staying in the know on the latest in consumer experiences and next-gen commerce
5+ years experience leading digital operations teams and transforming ways of working to be efficient and modern, leveraging the latest tools to enable teams to work smarter, not harder (AI workflow experience a plus)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to lead and drive data-driven decisions
Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills
