• Implementing California Department of Education (CDE) Adult School learning goals and objectives.
• Developing lesson plans based on assessments like TABE and CASAS.
• Providing instruction via one-on-one, small group, or large group settings, tailored to student needs.
• Guiding paraprofessional staff and student aides.
