Hilton San Francisco Union Square is seeking a Maintenance Engineer. If you are an experienced building engineer with high-rise building expertise, this is a great opportunity to join a top engineering team! The hotel has 1024 rooms and 32 floors in downtown San Francisco, offering stunning views of the bay through floor-to-ceiling windows.

This role involves maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas by performing tasks across various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, wall covering, and masonry, to ensure the hotel remains attractive and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• At least three (3) years of hotel maintenance experience.
• Full availability to work shifts including weekdays, nights, weekends, overnight, and holidays.
• Two (2) or more years of experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Experience working in high-rise buildings is preferred.

Shift Pattern: AM, PM, Overnight

Pay Rate: $64.10/hour

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the safety and functionality of the hotel's physical facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest calls and work orders from team members to repair machinery and equipment.
• Performing repairs and maintenance tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conducting inspections for preventive maintenance.
• Documenting completed repairs and identifying items needing further attention.
