What You'll Do

As an Interior Design & Stylist Assistant at Untethered Studio, you'll support the Interior Designer and Stylist across all phases of design and installation. Your work will help bring to life uniquely branded spaces for forward-thinking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and organize materials, finishes, furnishings, and decor items.
• Assist with specifications, procurement, and logistics for FF&E.
• Maintain vendor quotes, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Keep design libraries and sample kits tidy, current, and accessible.
• Support installation days - unpacking, arranging, and styling decor elements - at client job sites.

Additional duties include:

• Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and sample boards.
• Attend client meetings and job site visits.
• Track decor and accessory inventories.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience or education in interior design.
• 3+ years or equivalent experience in project coordination or procurement.
• Proficient with G Suite; Asana experience is a plus.
• Able to lift and handle packages of 25+ lbs.
• Ability to, and comfortable with, regional and occasional national travel.

The Fine Print

You'll report directly to the Studio Principal and work closely with the Interior Designer & Stylist. This is an hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime, company benefits (healthcare, retirement), and reimbursed travel expenses for approved work-related travel.
