Senior Construction Superintendent

We're currently seeking experienced Senior Construction Superintendents to join our team in Los Angeles and Orange County, with a focus on healthcare and medical facility construction and OSHPD/HCAI compliance regulations - we want to hear from you.

We are especially interested in candidates who have worked with major healthcare systems such as Kaiser Permanente, UCLA Health, Cedars-Sinai, Hoag Health or similar health service providers.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on healthcare facilities
• Proven track record of managing hospital or medical center projects
• Deep knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI compliance and healthcare construction protocols
• Experience with major healthcare clients (e.g., Kaiser, UCLA Health, Cedars-Sinai, Hoag) is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field a plus
