Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I of the Continuing Care Contracts Bureau, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) uses a wide range of analytical skills to perform the more difficult assignments, prepare recommendations and final reports for various program projects, and develop recommended courses of action relating to specific continuing care contract facilities. The AGPA is responsible for conducting statewide monitoring of continuing care contract providers and their ongoing compliance with governing statutes.

Working Conditions

This work location is very convenient! The CDSS is located two blocks from the light rail and public transportation: within walking distance to the State Capitol, parks, restaurants, farmer's markets, and the Golden 1 Arena. Our building has easy access to I-5, Highway 50, and Highway 80. This position may be eligible for hybrid telework under California Government Code Section 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California. All telework schedules are subject to change and may be reevaluated at any time, to comply with current department telework policies and/or executive orders.
