Walmart Connect is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to support enabling media partners with Walmart's targeting and measurement capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from Sales, Client Services, and Strategy to leverage Walmart's audience data for our Social and CTV partners. This is a high-impact role to drive growth and transformation.

You'll

  • Influence cross-functional partners, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Be a structured thinker, resourceful, disciplined, and proactive.

  • Use data to solve problems and identify opportunities for product enhancement.

  • Drive adoption of 0-1 products with hands-on experience.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Partner Teams, Product Marketing, and Engineering to realize product vision.

  • Build relationships with key partners, align priorities, communicate roadmaps, and secure executive buy-in.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field.

  • 9+ years in product management or related field.

  • 4+ years in Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, CTV, or Advertising Measurement.

  • Experience with Self-Serve campaign platforms, attribution, and ad auctions.

  • Knowledge of data sharing tech including data clean rooms.

  • Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

  • Strong execution skills, ability to manage end-to-end operations, and technical requirements.

  • Sound business judgment, analytical skills, and prioritization ability.

  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA preferred.

Location options include Hoboken, NJ and San Bruno, CA, with salary ranges from $132,000 to $286,000 plus performance bonuses and stock options.
