Position Overview

Manages service activities for clients and markets the eQuip Tech services as well as directly supports the eQuip contract and eQuip risk services. This includes the ongoing assessment of eQuip Tech service activities at all client facilities. In the management of the service delivery at a client, the incumbent will act as the primary interface to all client committees. This position is the focal point in the development of new service relationships in the affiliated Sutter entities as well as responsible to develop new service relationships with non-Sutter organizations in his/her identified area. This person ensures that the contract renewal process provides for technician involvement and feedback about those clients that they have primary responsibility for. May be responsible for the productivity of both union and non-union eQuip tech service engineers within their assigned area of responsibility. Will manage the financial performance of the eQuip

Tech services at all client facilities in his/her area.

Job Description

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's or equivalent education/experience
  
  

Preferred Experience As Typically Acquired In

• 8 years recent relevant experience
  
  

Skills And Knowledge

• Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology, Life Sciences, selling, negotiation, biomedical equipment and familiarity with regulations such as AAMI, JCAHO, NFPA, OSHPOD, CAP and Title 22.
• Skills required of the incumbent include the use of personal computers and various types of software.
• The incumbent must have communications skills, especially verbal, and demonstrate presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independence and self-direction to anticipate and proactively solve problems, handle difficult circumstances, and make sound business decisions is required.

Pay Range is $73.69 to $110.54 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
