- Energy: Self-starter. People-person. Hustler. Storyteller. Creative thinker. You get the idea.
- Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems, budgeting, forecasting, and other hotel business tools. Bonus points for knowing the inner workings of sales software and analytics platforms.
Stuff You'll Be Doing Regularly:
- Meeting (and crushing) revenue goals across all market segments.
- Representing Hotel Emblem at community and industry events.
- Tracking sales activity and productivity with precision and flair.
- Collaborating with marketing, F&B, and operations to deliver a seamless guest experience.

- Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to Corporate with clarity and confidence.
The Logistics:
- Full-time, on-site role with regular weekday hours, occasional evenings, and weekends when needed.
- You'll need a valid driver's license and reliable wheels (we like movers and shakers).

- Must be able to work in a variety of settings, indoors and out. Because we believe in showing up wherever the opportunity calls.
