Amazon One Medical is hiring a Finance Manager (FM) for our Senior Health Value Based Care position. Finance is critical to our success. We see the entire picture, driving investments, maintaining controllership, and crafting stories to push our business forward.

The FM will oversee several workstreams related to the financial health, investments, and operations of One Medical. We seek leaders with healthcare experience in Medicare or other government-funded insurance to support partnerships, enhance operations, or handle FP&A workstreams.

Key job responsibilities

• Ownership of monthly Medicare membership models and reporting, including data analysis and variance reporting to leadership.
• Partner with business and finance leaders to develop strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Science, and FinTech to implement data-driven reporting and forecasting solutions.

Potential projects

• Membership strategies for retention and expansion; update WBR metrics.
• Reconciliation models for eligibility and payments.
• FP&A workstreams and mechanisms.
• Deep dive modeling for value-based care KPIs.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance, or related analytical fields.
• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field with 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA or CPA.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
• Experience with data accuracy and root cause analysis.
• Proven impact through financial models and analysis.
• Experience with large-scale data tools and financial systems.
