The Opportunity

As an IT Systems Engineer at Column, you will ensure the secure and reliable operation of our enterprise technology ecosystem, supporting our team in delivering modern banking infrastructure. You will be responsible for implementing hardware and software solutions, maintaining high security standards, and supporting technology operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize endpoint management systems, ensuring device compliance and security.
• Provide technical support to team members, diagnosing and resolving issues for in-office and remote staff.
• Develop automated workflows with Engineering and Business teams to improve productivity.
• Conduct system health assessments and implement disaster recovery protocols.
• Stay updated on technological trends to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Identify and manage risks by adhering to policies and reporting issues to management.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in IT or related fields.
• Experience with macOS/Windows scripting and endpoint management automation.
• Experience with SaaS products like Okta, AWS, GSuite, Jamf, Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
• Certifications such as Jamf 200 or Okta are a plus.

Pay Transparency

The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000, plus equity. Compensation is based on experience, location, and internal equity.
