- Remote Monitoring and Management Autotask / Datto or similar systems MDMs
Responsibilities :
- Follow and support management in their direction and leadership and collaborating in achieving company goals
- Provide best-in-class IT services to Think Connected's customers
- Maintain excellent customer service to all customers in all situations
- Manage tickets assigned to you and complete responsibly
- Consistently track billable project and task time
- Implement portions of larger well-defined projects on time
- Follow known procedures with accuracy and consistency
- Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times
- Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance
- Setup and maintenance of all computer and peripheral hardware
- Assist with monitoring and tracking of service tickets to ensure that resolution occurs within the customer's scope of services
- Manage and assist in the maintenance or repair of appropriate technologies and peripherals to ensure availability and good working condition of all equipment
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the customer's specific business environment
