Job Description and Duties

If that sounds like you, Facilities Management is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager!


The selected candidates will be responsible for managing all facets of their designated office(s), which include:


• Property operations

• Coordination with engineering services

• Tenant and customer relations

• Security program oversight

• Financial reporting

• Lease administration

• Facility enhancement projects

In office work is required

Selected candidates will be required to continue their career development via courses and additional training opportunities through the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) or the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA)
