Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Liaison, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Community Liaison will be responsible for engaging with the community to promote our home health care and hospice services. The daily tasks include building relationships with local communities, conducting outreach activities, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families. The role involves coordinating with various healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Community Engagement and Community Outreach skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Understanding of Home Care services
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare or community services is a plus
