Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to lead their accounting operations. As a key member of their leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing strategic financial guidance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their financial reporting.

**Overview**

Our client is a growing SaaS company in San Francisco, seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting functions, including financial reporting, close processes, and internal controls. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, revenue ops, and operational teams, to drive business growth and success. If you have a passion for accounting, a knack for process improvement, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

**Required Skills**

* 4+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting, close processes, and internal controls

* Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting requirements

* Experience with accounting for Fixed Assets, Accruals, Prepaids, Leases, and ACS 606 Commissions

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams

* Experience with NetSuite (CPA certification a plus)

**Nice to Have Skills**

* Public accounting experience

* Experience within the Tech industry

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

* Experience with acquisition integrations

**Preferred Education and Experience**

* BA degree in accounting

* CPA or working towards becoming a CPA

* 4+ years of experience in accounting

**Other Requirements**

* Ability to work on-site 4 days a week

* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
